I’m writing this as soon as I’ve finished the meal, still overwhelmed with emotion. This was not just a restaurant meal, it was a complete experience. I had the honour of visiting your beautiful country and witnessing its generosity and hospitality, and ever since then I’ve been searching for that same sense of beauty through food. Today, I found it at Shabour. It was deeply moving to hear the story of the restaurant and the building, and how the exposed brick was chosen to echo the walls of Jerusalem. That connection to place and memory gave the space a soul before the first dish even arrived. The pride in your heritage was palpable in every plate served. The food was exquisite, the music and wine exceptional, and everything came together in perfect harmony. The chef’s composure and deep knowledge were evident throughout, a quiet confidence that elevated the entire experience. I truly don’t believe any other restaurant will ever compare to what I experienced today. Thank you, sincerely, for such an unforgettable moment.

Not only is Shabour worthy of its Michelin star, but it deserves another! I had the tasting menu and it was an exceptional experience. Each dish outdid the other and was oozing with flavor, complexity and elegance. The open kitchen is a great touch because you’re experiencing the magic of it all. The best of France and Isreal on a plate, with impeccable service. I will return

Me and my boyfriend came here last year for an anniversary dinner and the service was one of the best we had experienced. The made us feel super special and the attention to detail of everything from the food to the atmosphere was incredible. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an immersive experience for dinner! The wine is also amazing.

I love the history that ties the restaurant and its offerings, the talented and excellent Head Chef and the entire staff, and the beautiful and delicious dishes that pair perfectly with the wines! The experience at this restaurant was absolutely outstanding. The design is stunning – not only beautiful but also part of the story, seamlessly blending into the dining journey itself. The meal was composed of 8 courses with a few refreshing bites in between. Every dish was delicious and brilliantly crafted, with creative combinations of ingredients that turned each plate into a true masterpiece. The service was excellent – warm, attentive, and accompanied by thoughtful explanations of each dish. I also chose the wine pairing, and every glass complemented the food perfectly, elevating the entire evening into a complete, harmonious experience. Overall, this is a restaurant that brings together unique atmosphere, refined design, impeccable service, and world-class cuisine – a perfect culinary experience not to be missed.

One of our favorite food experiences of our lives :) the food was so creative and delicious and the best service we’ve had in a long, long time; maybe ever- very relaxed and welcoming but still professional (we are on our honeymoon and briefly mentioned this in the reservation comments, as we did with most reservations, this was the only restaurant to notice this and make us feel extra special). I cannot recommend this place enough
